Hold your self accountable for your new year!
We believe it is so important to dive into the new year by thinking about where you want to go, how you want to feel, and what core values you will uphold throughout the year. Following that, we need to REVISIT the internal dialogue and nurture our intentions!
Below are some questions to help you get started in this process, to help you hone in on your focus and your priorities. We hope that you will find naming your intentions to be like a Northstar for creating your best life for the new year.
Tip: Create a vision board with all the things you would like to manifest in the new year, post it where you can see it every day, be open to adding to it during the year or revising as you go. Build this process and continue to add on your vision board every month, or whenever you can.
Similarly to the process of reflecting, we suggest carving out a block of space, lighting a candle, grabbing your favorite beverage, some music to vibe to, and spending time connecting with yourself.
