In this episode, we discuss flourishing with certified nutritionist and a health and wellness coach, Jan Goldberg.
Jan Goldberg is a certified nutritionist (who practices functional nutrition) and a national board certified Health and Wellness Coach. She is also a Food and Spirit practitioner and has been trained by the Center for Mind Body Medicine. She works as a nutrition coach for Stanford and as a course facilitator at the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy where she mentors aspiring health coaches during a year-long training program. She maintains a private nutrition and coaching practice called Positive Nutrition: Mind Body Spirit, working primarily with women in the menopause/post-menopause transition so they can rediscover joy and experience vibrant health in this season of life. She is a creative dreamer and believes there is always something we can do to flourish and connect to health and healing in all aspects of our lives.Topics include how to gauge if you are flourishing, why flourishing is important, how to flourish and how to help others.
